For some reason the tag is cut off (odd because I never wore it)
I'd guestimate it would fit an Adult Medium
A couple small "rust" like spots from being in a drawer for 30 plus years!

This is an original shirt purchased during Van Halen's 1984 Tour of the World...
I purchased it myself at the show at The Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pa.
